Today’s a big day for me. I finished my first official 5k this morning at the Rock ‘n Roll San Jose Marathon Series. I went in worried about all my problems plaguing me, mental and physical. But I probably did my best time in my adult life.
Second, my official weight is now the same as what I weighed in high school. But, I still have to work on my fat percentage. After the news from last Thursday, this is a great day to end a crappy week.
